The Franchisee's Social Media Director is responsible for updating and maintaining the Store Facebook pages once they are created and logins have been given to the Franchisee. It is recommended that there be at least two status updates a week and the page be "liked" as part of the 5-Star Review program.
If you do not have the Facebook logins submit a request to us (using the Cellairis Help Center Request Form: Marketing) and we will send you an invite to manage the page(s). Be sure to supply us with your personal Facebook account so we can have them linked.
