RQ - New Product Inventory Request Form

All New Product Inventory requests will be handled by RQ Metrix,

Use the attached excel template Cellairis NEW Product Inventory Request Template.xlsm when submitting your request to add new product SKU's. If there is a section within this excel you are unable to answer, leave it blank.
